ORDER POLICY

Order date is  from when payment of your purchase is verified .

You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase, at most, the next business day after placing your order. In case you do not receive the confirmation email within that period, please send us a message to the following email address: customerservice@vmsgroup.biz.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can use the following means of payment through our Culqi payment gateway: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and American Express.

In the event that Culqi rejects your card, check that:

  • The card is not expired.
  • The card is not expired.
  • That the credit limit of your card has not been reached.
  • The card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.
  • You have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?

Yes, the card details are only entered on a page owned by the payment gateway and transmitted in encrypted form. @VMSGROUP (Victory Management Solutions Inc) will only have knowledge of the result of the operation. We do not have access to any data on the card used for the purchase.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization # within 7 days of receiving your product.

Step 2: Put product and paperwork in box.

Step 3: Write Return Authorization # on the outside of the shipping box.

Step 4: Ship within 7 days of receiving your order.

All returns require a valid Return Authorization # (RA). You must request an RA # and ship the item back within 7 days from receiving your order.

Once we receive a return, please allow 5-10 business days to process the refund.

A prepaid shipping label request can be made during the RA request process or you can provide your own label using any other trackable method. If you use our prepaid shipping label, a shipping & handling fee of $8.95 for the first item and $4.95 for each additional item returned will be deducted from your refund. All international customers are responsible to pay any and all fees when shipping back an item. (Duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc.)
